As a newly engaged woman, Cara Santana should know that sometimes a workout 'needs a little extra sparkle.'
That's the message she posted on Wednesday along with a shot of the blingy, 5.5-carat diamond engagement ring that Jesse Metcalfe slipped on her finger on Saturday.
The snap showed just the 33-year-old actress and fashion blogger's left hand resting on her leg as she sat on the ground at a gym.

Naturally, it was strategically placed to show off the magnificent emerald cut stone.
Jesse popped the question to his long-time love aboard a 50-foot sailboat as they cruised the Hudson River in New York, according to Us Weekly.
The whole evening was meticulously planned for the surprise proposal, right down to having their song - Eric Clapton's Pretty Girl - play in the background as they watched the sun set.
'It's been a long time coming, but we couldn't be happier,' the 37-year-old told the magazine, referring to the eight years the couple has been dating.

It was a weekend of double celebrations for Cara, who thought the set-up was just part of her birthday party.
The Desperate Housewives hunk posted a picture of the happy couple to Instagram on Tuesday, as they beamed giddily in front of the NY skyline
'What a weekend!' he wrote. 'Meant to get this up yesterday, but was too busy celebrating. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my baby!!
The pair have been dating since 2008, with a brief break in 2011 before reuniting.
Speaking previously about their relationship, 'Dallas' actor Jesse said: 'I wouldn't say it was love at first sight. It was more of a slow burn, which I think is a better start for a relationship.
'I think if it comes on fast and furious, it generally fizzles out just as fast. We were slow and steady.'

She added: 'We took the time to get to know each other. We've known each other for, like, 10 years.'
The couple were previously forced to deny reports they were engaged.
Back in 2014, Jesse said: 'You know what, I'm not engaged. That's some misinformation. I swear to God man, that's some misinformation that has been floating around out there.'
However, he admitted that marriage would be eventually on the cards for the couple.
He said: 'That's not to say we won't get engaged and won't get married, it seems to be going in that direction, but not yet.'
And Jesse - who previously dated Girls Aloud singer Nadine Coyle - praised Cara for helping to change his life.
He said: 'She is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. She has opened my life up in so many ways.

'Being with her has helped me shed that image I had in the past - that player image. She's really helped me grow.'
The Californian shot into the limelight in 2004 when he landed a role on Desperate Housewives as gorgeous gardener John Rowland, who embarks on an affair with Eva Longoria's Gaby Solis.
He went on to play Christopher Ewing in the short-lived reboot of Dallas, which lasted just three seasons.
